Jul's Closes Their Doors
A Topeka night spot has given its last toast.
Jon Rostine, owner of Jul's Grill Room and Cocktail Club closed doors for the last time Saturday night.
The club went out in style hosting the YWCA's Week Without Violence concert Saturday.
Rostine took over ownership of Jul's five months ago, at the end of May.
