Ramona Morgan is charged with killing two highway workers -- Tyrone Korte and Rolland Griffith -- in a hit and run, then leading police on a dangerous chase.
She was back in court Wednesday, and her bond was reduced from $2 million to $1 million.
It was a heated courtroom, with Morgan's attorney Clinton Lee arguing it is an excessive bond, and Osage County attorney Brandon Jones arguing she is a flight risk.
A preliminary hearing is set for December 5.
