Fort Riley Soldier Michael Antonio Garcia has been arrested at Fort Riley on a criminal warrant of two alleged rape charges involving a 13-year-old girl.
Garcia who was 22 at the time of the alleged incidents is now 23-years-old. He is being held at the Riley County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
He is expected in his first court appearance Friday afternoon.
