You have just three days left to enjoy the tastes of a long-time local restaurant before they close the doors for good.

Rosa's Mexican Restaurant owner Ric Barron says he will continue to serve through this Friday.

He announced last Friday he'd be closing down the 22-year-old business because of competition, food and gas prices..

Rosa's Mexican Restaurant was started by Ric's mother, Jennie.
