Operation Rescue has filed two complaints with state agencies regarding outgoing Attorney General Paul Morrison. The anti-abortion group says Morrison violated campaign and attorney ethics during his affair with a former co-worker. Operation Rescue says the complaints were filed Wednesday (January 2nd) with the Governmental Ethics Commission and the Office of the Disciplinary Administrator. Neither one of those agencies could legally confirm that the complaints were filed.

Operation Rescue alleges that Morrison used his relationship with Linda Carter to protect Wichita abortion provider Dr. George Tiller and Planned Parenthood of Mid-Missouri and Kansas.

Morrison is leaving office January 31st.
